Please pay attention to the following information.

RATES
The Rates was converted from fixed Czech crown prices. D&S BOHEMIA reserve the rights to change the rates according the actual currency rate. The fixed confirmation of booking always includes the price of reserved services in one of the common currency as CZK, DEM, USD, GBP, etc. In these currencies will be also your invoice made. Other currencies on our server will be done up-to-date, but they will be just for your information.

VOUCHERS
Vouchers are issued and sent after receiving a definitive confirmation. Vouchers include all details about the service and must be presented at any check-in. If we know that you are travelling without a voucher we will advise of this fact the service provider.

CLAIMS
Any claims have to be communicated to our agency during the stay or within a maximum 10 days after the departure in a written form only. Claims must include full details and documentation. If the claimed service is paid by credit card, a copy of the credit card statement must be enclosed with the claim.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
The payment is possible to make few ways. The way of payment will be always confirmed in our offer before your definitive confirmation and also depends on quantity and kind of reserved services. The most common way of payment is a guarantee per credit card and further payment to the service provider.
In case of greater reservations we request payment partly in advance. This payment is also possible per credit card (service MAIL ORDER) or by bank transfer of deposit to our bank account. The bank transfer of deposit will be made on basic of pro forma invoice. We accept these credit cards: VISA, AMEX, EC/MC.

CHECH - IN + CHECK - OUT
Possibility of check-in in the most of hotels is after 14:00 and check-out before 10:00. If you need different times to check in or out, please send us your request in time. We try to discuss that with the hotel and we will confirm this fact on your accommodation voucher.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS
The reservation can be cancelled only in a written form. If you are forced to cancel your reservation and if our cancellation fees are lower than your possible deposit it will be given back. If your payment have not been made yet on the basic of your mail order payment agreement we will charge that sum of your credit card. Cancellation fees are following:

INDIVIDUALS:
Depend on hotel,
Over 3 days prior to arrival: no fees
2 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100 % of first night
non show: 100 %

GROUPS
Cancellation fees upon request according number of clients and seasons.
